Each session begins with a 20-minute beach lesson explaining ocean dynamics, paddling, popping-up, stance, and safety. Then, your certified instructor will guide you into the water to practice and catch waves one-on-one.

Lessons are scheduled according to the best tide times each day for optimal conditions.
