🕒 Schedule: Morning shift (7:30 am – 3:30 pm) and afternoon shift (12:30 pm – 8:30 pm), 6 days a week with 1 day off, including weekends. Shifts are 7 hours with a 1-hour lunch break.
💰Salary: Starting at $10,000 MXN per month.
Job Description
WildMex is a surf school and adventure center in Sayulita offering unique experiences to travelers from around the world. We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for our guests, combining customer service, sales, and administrative tasks to optimize daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Counter Sales: Manage surfboard and bike rentals, handle payments, and perform direct sales.
- Team Coordination: Work with the Guest Services team to identify cross-selling opportunities and offer complete experiences to our guests.
- Administration: Maintain sales records in the CRM, perform daily inventory checks, and assist with correspondence and deliveries.
- Store Organization: Ensure the shop and reception area remain tidy and visually appealing.
- Security & Access Control: Monitor store access and enforce security procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Sales skills: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Professional attitude and impeccable personal presentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
